2. Quantity of inquiry.
Step two: Specification Clarification
1. Our sales or engineers will confirm your specification.
2.If your specification is special type or custom design, we will provide alternative or compatible product to you.
3.For custom design or special purpose item,providing draft drawing or pictures of your product is very helpful and welcomed.
Step three:Quotation
Quotation is base on :
1.Samples order.(quantity under MOQ). ZENITHSUN’s samples Order Service is designed for customers special requirement and payment less than US$80.If the samples are good enough,and still have mass order we can feed back the samples cost in the batch.
2.Minimum order quantity.(MOQ)

Step four:payment
Payment Methods Accepted By T/T in advance (the bank charge for remittance is on the buyer’s side).
Step five:shipment
1.New and safety packing.
2.Invoice and the packing list will be available for customs.
3.We will send the tracking NO.when goods are shipped.
4.For the air mail,we only charge what courier charges is or you can provide your own courier account.The actual shipping charge wil be added to your order.If you need us to arrange the air mail,you can tell us ,which is better in your country,Fed-Ex,TNT,UPS,EMS,DHL for your choice.
